What We Offer
Coaching Built on Data, Not Guesswork
You don't need another generic program or a coach who guesses. You need a plan built on your actual numbers — intake, output, recovery, trends over time — and the accountability to follow through on it. I coach clients virtually nationwide, as well as in-person in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, who are ready to look and feel their best - using real data to drive real change, not just "eat clean and hope."
Is This You?
You don’t want to stay stuck, but you are not sure what it takes to change. You are ready to work with me if:
You're motivated to change and looking for a coach who treats you like a capable adult, not someone to babysit
You like the idea of decisions — nutrition, training, recovery — being backed by your actual numbers, not vibes
You want to honor your inside and look good on the outside - no sacrificing the soul for the six-pack
You understand that this work may require you to be uncomfortable and put time into tracking macros and training and discussing what barriers or challenges exist for you.
You are willing to be honest with me and brave for yourself - trusting that we can get you to your goals
If that sounds like you, we're going to work well together.
Weight Loss that Actually Sticks
If you've tried plan after plan — cutting carbs, counting points, doing "everything right" — and the scale still won't move (or it moves and then comes right back), the problem usually isn't willpower. It's that most weight loss programs ignore the underlying biology: metabolism, hormones, stress load, sleep, and muscle mass all play a role in whether your body holds onto weight or lets it go.
I take a data-driven approach: we start by tracking your macros and training to get a real baseline, then adjust based on what your actual numbers show — not guesswork, not a generic calorie target pulled from an app. I work with clients to figure out what's actually driving the stall and build a sustainable weight loss plan around real food, strength training, and habits you can keep up with for life, not just for six weeks.
This is for you if:
You've dieted on and off for years and are exhausted by the cycle
You've done "everything right" and still aren't seeing results
You want a plan built around your actual body and life, not a generic template
Perimenopause and Stress-Related Weight Gain
Somewhere in your late 30s or 40s, the rules seem to change. What used to work stops working. Weight — especially around the midsection — creeps on even when your habits haven't changed, and chronic stress and cortisol make it worse. This isn't in your head, and it isn't a lack of discipline. It's hormonal shifts and perimenopause changing how your body stores fat, uses energy, and responds to stress.
As a certified functional wellness and nutrition coach, I help women understand what's actually happening hormonally and metabolically during this transition, and build a plan — nutrition, strength training, stress management, and recovery — that works with your changing body instead of fighting it.
This is for you if:
You're noticing weight gain, especially around your midsection, that wasn't there before
You suspect perimenopause or hormones are playing a role and want support that actually addresses it
Stress and cortisol feel like they're working against your goals
You want a coach who understands midlife body changes, not one-size-fits-all advice
Longevity Focus: Muscle, Mobility, Bone and Biology
Building muscle for longevity is one of the most powerful things you can do for your long-term health — for your metabolism, your bone density, your independence as you age, and how strong and capable you feel in your body every day. This isn't about chasing a look. It's about training with intention now so your body is strong, resilient, and capable for the next 30+ years.
With over 25 years in the fitness industry, I build strength training programs tailored to your current fitness level, whether you're brand new to lifting or a longtime athlete — with programming that supports muscle growth, bone health, mobility, and how your body and biology actually function day to day.
This is for you if:
You want to build real strength and muscle, not just "tone up"
You're thinking about your health 10, 20, 30 years down the road
You want programming based on your actual goals and starting point, not a cookie-cutter workout plan
Fix your Relationship with Food (while still caring how you look)
So much of the wellness world gives you two options: restrict harder, or "just stop caring about your body." Neither one is the answer. You can build a healthy relationship with food — one without guilt, all-or-nothing thinking, or fear of eating — while still working toward the body composition and health goals that matter to you. These things aren't in conflict, even though it can feel that way.
Having navigated my own recovery from anorexia, I understand this territory personally, not just professionally. I help clients rebuild trust with food and their bodies through a structured, values-based approach — replacing perfectionism and restriction with intention and self-compassion, without abandoning your physique or health goals in the process.
This is for you if:
You're mentally exhausted from restriction, food rules, or all-or-nothing eating
You want peace with food but aren't willing to give up on your body
You want a coach who understands disordered eating patterns, not someone who will just tell you to "eat intuitively" and hope for the best
A note: if you're currently in active recovery from an eating disorder or have a diagnosed condition, functional wellness coaching works best alongside — not instead of — a treatment team (therapist, dietitian, physician). I'm always happy to talk through whether coaching is the right fit for where you are.

Ways to Work Together
Whatever you're working on — weight loss, perimenopause, building muscle, or your relationship with food — you can work with me virtually from anywhere, or in-person if you're local to Playa Vista, in the format that fits you best. Every path is built on the same foundation: macro tracking, training logs, and data reviewed together, so we're always adjusting based on what's actually happening, not what we assumed would happen.
1:1 Coaching Fully personalized, one-on-one support. We build your plan together around your specific goals, history, and life — including your macro targets and training data — with direct accountability and regular check-ins to review what the numbers are telling us. This is the most tailored option and works well if you want dedicated attention on a specific challenge like perimenopause weight gain or healing your relationship with food.
Nutrition + Fitness (Combined Coaching) Strength training and nutrition strategy in one integrated plan, built around your logged macros and workouts rather than working with a trainer and a nutrition coach separately who aren't talking to each other. This is often the best fit for weight loss, body composition, and muscle-building goals, since food and training decisions are made together, backed by the same data.
Group Coaching A more affordable way to get expert, evidence-based guidance, community, and accountability alongside others working toward similar goals — with the same emphasis on tracking and data, just in a shared setting. Great if you're motivated by momentum and want structured functional wellness coaching without the 1:1 price point.
Every specialization above — weight loss, perimenopause and hormonal changes, strength and longevity, and your relationship with food — is available in any of these three formats. Not sure which is right for you? That's exactly what the free consultation is for.
