“Working with Molly has been such a positive experience for me. I have always felt overwhelmed when trying to make changes, but she has helped make my efforts manageable and meaningful, and I continue to meet my goals because of her support. She is a true champion and cheerleader, and holds me accountable while also knowing exactly when and how to push me to reach potential I didn’t know I had.” - S. S. (35)
She has helped me where one size fits all programs have failed me. I can’t recommend her program enough.” - B.R. (46)
About me…
Good Actually Wellness is named with intention. In a world where wellness is trendy and so many things look and sound good, I care about what is good, actually - the kind of wellness that is truly aligned with you. True well-being is personal, tailored to your unique physiology, goals and potential. Good Actually Wellness blends science and soul to support you in becoming your most empowered and healthy self.
My wellness journey began with an early battle for my life. At thirteen, I was diagnosed with anorexia and spent years searching for worth, strength, and peace within myself. Everything changed when I discovered the healing power of movement, nourishment, and a mindset filled with intention, compassion and hope. I learned to replace perfection with progress and to nurture both body and soul.
Through Good Actually Wellness, I now help others do the same—reclaim their confidence, define their goals, and rise to their fullest potential. My method integrates psychology, fitness, and functional nutrition—I support clients in clarifying their values, strengths and personal vision and in building a lifestyle that reflects and supports lasting wellness.
Rooted in empathy and guided by experience, my mission is to help you move, think, and live with confidence, strength, and authenticity.
“True wellness is not about rigid rules or flawless adherence. It is not a ritual to perform, but a personal journey filled with curiosity, courage, and creativity. It’s about believing in your capacity to evolve—to reach higher, dream bigger, and embrace change with grace. When we fall, it is not a failure, for we rise more resilient, carrying the strength, depth, and meaning that only the journey can reveal.”
