I work with all levels of fitness—from beginners to lifelong athletes—and believe it is never too late to begin. My approach integrates evidence-based movement with a wellness-first understanding of systems biology, including nutrition, hormones, metabolism, and recovery. Training is designed with aesthetic goals, physiological function, and long-term health in mind, recognizing that the body adapts best when all systems are supported. Clients often seek support with body composition, weight loss or management, increased strength and muscle mass, improved stability, mobility, posture, and greater confidence in their bodies.
