Working with Molly has been such a positive experience for me. I have always felt overwhelmed when trying to make changes, but she has helped make my efforts manageable and meaningful, and I continue to meet my goals because of her support. She is a true champion and cheerleader, and holds me accountable while also knowing exactly when and how to push me to reach potential I didn’t know I had.” - S. S. (35)

She has helped me where one size fits all programs have failed me. I can’t recommend her program enough.” - B.R. (46)

Good Actually Wellness is named with intention. In a world where wellness is trendy and so many things look and sound good, I care about what is good, actually — wellness that's truly aligned with you. Real wellness is personal: tailored to your physiology, your goals, and your life, not a generic template.

My own wellness journey began with an early battle for my life. At thirteen, I was diagnosed with anorexia and spent years searching for worth, strength, and peace within myself. Everything changed when I discovered the healing power of movement, nourishment, and a mindset rooted in intention, compassion, and hope. I learned to replace perfection with progress — and to nurture both body and soul.

Today, as a certified functional wellness and nutrition coach, I help clients do the same: lose weight sustainably, navigate hormonal changes like perimenopause, build strength for the long run, and heal their relationship with food — all without sacrificing real results.

“True wellness is not about rigid rules or flawless adherence. It is not a ritual to perform, but a personal journey filled with curiosity, courage, and creativity. It’s about believing in your capacity to evolve—to reach higher, dream bigger, and embrace change with grace. When we fall, it is not a failure, for we rise more resilient, carrying the strength, depth, and meaning that only the journey can reveal.”
